The hotel staff was extremely professional and effective.
Great location; well-trained, efficient and effective staff; great facilities to include laundry - a huge plus with a crew of 5; jsut a real pleasant experience all around.

I was amazed they had a laundry facility there. It was nice to have.
The hotel was not ride off the freeway exit. Their address makes it sound like they are right there.
Nice to know if I needed to use the kitchenette that it had the pans available in the room. If I go back to DC I will keep them in mind. Especially if I take the family.

Only one clerk at check in. Had to wait too long while he was on the telephone with a customer.
